Sr On-boarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel to join our On-Boarding/Customer Success Team.

• Deliver Product Training to Solarwinds MSP Partners as part of the On-Boarding Program
• Work closely with Solarwinds MSP Partners to Implement a monitoring and management solution based on the Partner’s Service Offerings and Requirements
• Answer 'How-To' and Best Practices questions regarding all aspects of the MSP N-central product and features
• Assist Solarwinds MSP Partners in migrating to the latest Solarwinds MSP products
• Work with partners in solving Customer Satisfaction Issues
• Continuously create, update and publish KB Articles
• Identify gaps in published technical content and initiate the required changes
• Create Internal Documentation as required

• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Dynamic Presentation Skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server Management (AD, DHCP, DNS)
• Good understanding of Networking Technologies (TCP/IP, subnets, firewalls, routing)
• Ability to Manage Time Effectivel
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Exceptional Troubleshooting Skills
• Familiarity of RMM Platforms and the ability to come up to speed on new products quickly
• Major Industry Certification (MCSE, MCSA, MCSD, MCP, CCNA, etc.) an asset
• 5+ years Hands-On IT experience
