Development and maintenance of new Customer Success Center Community
Maintenance of Coveo Search Pipelines and Interfaces
Maintenance of the Chat experience (within the Community and products)
Ensures technical solutions are properly architected and developed, and reviews all code for quality assurance purposes.
Develops and maintains documentation as needed.
Partner with Salesforce admin, business stakeholders, and other team members to determine tradeoffs and design.
Follow SDLC process.
Experience with Agile methodologies
At least 2 years of Visualforce experience
At least 3 years of Apex experience
At least 2 years’ experience with Salesforce Communities
At least 2 years’ experience with Chat
At least 2 years’ experience working with Salesforce API’s
Areas of Knowledge:
Salesforce Integrations (ex. Jira Integration)
Might also be good to specifically look for one developer that has some UI/UX background (so you don’t have to go to Marketing of this type of work in the future)
