  • Responsibilities

    • Attaining monthly & quarterly targets for on-time renewals and overall renewals
    • Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce as sales management productivity tools and maximizing its use within the
    • Providing timely and accurate business forecasts to Renewal and Executive Management
    • Building and effectively leading a Renewal Sales & Customer Retention team through hiring, training, development, and daily goal/objective setting
    • Managing direct and channel partner business transactions
    • Working alongside and developing business relationships with new and existing channel partners in your local region
    • Working closely with and developing relationships with other cross-functional management teams in marketing, product, sales, support, and finance operations
    • Executing on appropriate internal and external processes
    • Ability to lead by example and step in where needed to negotiate and move time frames, closing sales with a very high customer experience while teaching your team along the way
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume sales organization while keeping culture top of mind


    • Amenable to work night shift
    • Minimum of 5 years in technical inside sales or account management role with demonstrated achievement
    • Minimum of 3 years with enterprise sales experience working in the North American commercial market
    • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a global commercial organization
    • Enterprise sales experience working in the EMEA market is a plus
    • Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce is a plus
    • Ability to lead, motivate and execute with a team
    • Proven ability to recruit, train and scale against aggressive growth targets
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
    • BS/BA required.
    • Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a team to ensure both short and long-term goals, objectives and targets are met
    • Ability to understand sales numbers and manage to daily metrics
    • Ability to make daily adjustments to maintain velocity and momentum
    • Ability to understand and communicate business concepts within and outside the company
    • Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements
