  • Responsibilities

    Attaining monthly & quarterly targets for on-time renewals and overall renewals

    Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce as sales management productivity tools and maximizing its use within the

    Providing timely and accurate business forecasts to Renewal and Executive Management

    Building and effectively leading a Renewal Sales & Customer Retention team through hiring, training, development, and daily goal/objective setting

    Managing direct and channel partner business transactions

    Working alongside and developing business relationships with new and existing channel partners in your local region

    Working closely with and developing relationships with other cross-functional management teams in marketing, product, sales, support, and finance operations

    Executing on appropriate internal and external processes

    Ability to lead by example and step in where needed to negotiate and move time frames, closing sales with a very high customer experience while teaching your team along the way

    Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume sales organization while keeping culture top of mind


    Amenable to work night shift

    Minimum of 5 years in technical inside sales or account management role with demonstrated achievement

    Minimum of 3 years with enterprise sales experience working in the North American commercial market

    Minimum of 3 years management experience in a global commercial organization

    Enterprise sales experience working in the EMEA market is a plus

    Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce is a plus

    Ability to lead, motivate and execute with a team

    Proven ability to recruit, train and scale against aggressive growth targets

    Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment

    BS/BA required.

    Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a team to ensure both short and long-term goals, objectives and targets are met

    Ability to understand sales numbers and manage to daily metrics

    Ability to make daily adjustments to maintain velocity and momentum

    Ability to understand and communicate business concepts within and outside the company

    Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements
