    Responsibilities

    The goal of the Business Intelligence and Analytics team is to translate data into business-driving insights and ensure continuous optimization across online metrics and decision making for Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive teams.  The Online Marketing Analyst supports both recurring reporting and ad hoc data analyses to equip teams with necessary data and to help identify actionable vital insights.  The team has diverse expertise in online data, multi-channel attribution and algorithm creation, regression analysis and data mining, has access to best in class analytics tools and a talented data team, and is a trusted partner across the organization.  The analyst joins this team to specialize in all things web, and can shape our strategy in:

    • Website behavior and user experience
    • Implementation and optimization of web personalization
    • Data driven design for the web, including leading design and interpretation for multivariate and A/B testing
    • Collaboration with our ecommerce team, driving actionable insights and recommendations to improve website and marketing performance for this fast-growing channel

    The Online Marketing Analyst will be responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing online user behavior, campaign performance, and overall lift from marketing programs.  It is critical that all data and conclusions are delivered on-time and accurately to key stakeholders within the organization.  He/She will also identify new ideas and opportunities for improving analytics capabilities including integration with offline and external data sources.

     

    Specific responsibilities:

    • Track daily, weekly and monthly business performance against goals and provide trend analysis
    • Develop and deliver dashboards to management teams
    • Configure website analytics platform and support the implementation of tagging
    • Support marketing inbound dashboard requests
    • Analyze website behavior to support user experience optimization efforts

    Qualifications

    • 1 to 3 years’ experience in online marketing analytics preferred; experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
    • 1 to 3 years’ experience with tag management solutions, such as Adobe DTM or Google’s GTM is a plus
    • Detail oriented, able to multi-task, troubleshoot, and problem solve
    • Natural ability to effectively communicate results/implications both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
