    SolarWinds presence in APAC is growing steadily! We are currently seeking professional sales representative who are motivated and self-driven. Due to this growth we are now looking for talented individuals to join our Sales team as a Australia Sales Account Manager. Working from our Sydney office you will be motivated, driven and have a zest for sales. You will be responsible for managing, deriving and converting leads into closed sales from your set geography with an attitude to over-achieve targets. You will also partner with Sales Engineering and Channel Partners to conduct web product demonstrations (online / onsite).

    • Identify, evaluate and validate channel distribution partners, then contract, build, support and manage channel relationships
    • Work with channels and our marketing team in achieving and sustaining quarterly sales and gross margin targets
    • Manage the deployment of marketing programs directed at attracting and/or sustaining qualified channel partners
    • Support channel partners on joint sales and joint marketing activities
    • Provide best-in-class channel support
    • Other responsibilities include weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast accuracy, pipeline development and customer satisfaction
    • Ability to articulate company’s product strategy and technical benefits and advantages relative to competitor offerings


    • 3-5 years experience of selling in the software industry preferred
    • Experience in the Australia market
    • Successful track record of exceeding bookings and quota
    • Self-starter with the flexibility to lead, manage or contribute to changing market and sales needs with tactics that respond well to partner needs
    • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills with a strong partner focus in driving sales through various channels
    • Experience in the Pacific Market strongly preferred
    • Candidates stationed in Australia or Singapore may apply
