  • Responsibilities

    Lead a team of customer success reps (account managers) and a team of technical onboarding delivery reps

    Help create this group in Manila for SolarWinds (start up mentality)

    Help the team achieve maximum success by effectively hiring top performers, training them, working effectively cross functionally within the organization and working effectively to deliver great customer outcomes

    Hold your team accountable to delivering

    Guide the team in effective customer issue resolution

    Exemplify an outcome/results-oriented approach

    Manage team to achieve quarterly goals and provide clear reporting on metrics

    Cultivate a deep bench – helping your team to develop a consultative skill set to enable stronger customer relationships


    5+ years of managerial experience in customer success, account management and/or professional services delivery

    Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight

    Excellent organizational and influencing skills

    Superior English written and communication skills

    Results oriented

    Strong aptitude for prioritizing, training and delivering results through others in a fast paced environment

    Data-driven thinker with the ability to analyze and synthesize information

    Excellent customer experience acumen with a history of teams that deliver great customer outcomes 

    Strong leader with a background in leading customer success and / or professional services delivery teams

    Willing to work night shift
