    Global L&D Training Coordinator

The Learning and Organizational Development (L&D) team supports the business by offering cross-functional Leadership, Professional Development programs for global employees, managers and teams. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the L&D team on day-to-day execution of global programs.     • Execute L&D Organization processes, systems, capabilities and limitations
    • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other training systems
    • Render and publish content (video, SCORM and other)
    • Communicate with class participants and other stakeholders across the business globally
    • Test content and LMS system changes
    • Create and report on training quality with surveys and other student feedback metrics
    • Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards
    • Work with all global teams
    • Assist the L&D team on ad-hoc training projects
    • Be proactive in problem resolution through process and systems improvement
    • Shift Schedule: Will be assigned on the Mid-Shift (2pm - 11pm) 


    • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline advantageous but not required
    • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Demonstrated time management skills
    • Detail Orientated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer and technical skills with Microsoft Office qualification or similar an advantage
    • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and day-to-day activities
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with a high degree of professionalism while delivering high-quality results
    • Must be comfortable in an environment of changing technologies and processes, and ability to adapt to new ways of working.
    • Flexible working hours to work with teams in multiple geographic locations
    • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and in a team environment
