The VP of Sales will have a close working relationship with the executive team and will be expected to contribute broadly to the strategic and tactical success of the business. This executive will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and market leadership for the Core IT business in the APJ region. The position will report directly to the SVP of International Sales, and will manage a team of ~ 35 sales team members to include but not limited to 2 Directors and 4-6 managers. The VP of Sales will provide outstanding sales leadership and direction to ensure the company achieves financial targets focusing on bringing new small and medium business customers onto the SolarWinds Platform.
